WHO WE ARE
The Denis De La Ronde Plantation Preservation Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, so your donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the tax law.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Corporation's mission shall be the preservation and improvement of the Denis de La Ronde historical site, St. Bernard Highway, Chalmette, Louisiana, and the education of the public on the significance of the site and the participation of the British in the Battle of New Orleans.
WHAT WE DO
We are preserving and restoring the eight deteriorating masonry pillars that survive from the original de La Ronde Plantation House to preserve this historical site of such unparalleled importance.
